OdysseyCam™, we understand your concerns about purchasing a
product on the internet, below is an explanation of our refund
policy.
Our Policy: We offer a Refund only when the product was not delivered
in the time specified on your signed agreement, otherwise the sale
is Non Refundable. Hosting payments are Pre-Paid for upcoming
monthly services, these are Non Refundable, however in any event
that you were not provided at least 99.8% up time (account was in
good standings), we may discount in the form of a pro ration, in the
event OdysseyCam was considered negligent or at fault. Please
read your Hosting agreement under Acts of god.
