How many performers can I have working on my live video chat site?

• OdysseyCam Enterprise Edition - You can have an Unlimited amount of performers working your site.
• OdysseyCam Corporate Edition - You can have a total of 50 Models in your database.
• OdysseyCam Standard Edition - You can have a total of 25 Models in your database.
• OdysseyCam Light Edition - You can have a total of 2 Models in your database.

I want to have my models work on other sites also at the same time, is this possible?

• OdysseyCam Software has a built in Virtual Driver™   (Stream replicator).  This allows your models to work multiple cam sites at the same time with one cam.  The advantage of this is simple: Models can work on other sites that have traffic, and stay on your site while you build yours.  The Virtual Driver™  comes with an added Bonus, models need to open your sites software before they can use the Virtual Driver™  to work multiple sites, they close OdysseyCam and their other chat sites video freezes.  The advantage of the OdysseyCam Virtual Driver™  is Less connection power and ease of use compared to other similar stream replicating software.

How do I get paid?

• You are paid directly from Verotel.com, which we help you setup.  The purchase price of the Complete package includes the billing integration.

If I have a problem with my website what do I do?

• Contact us 24/7 for any problems or any questions you have. We have 24/7 customer and technical support via Live web help or by telephone. You can also email us (Up to 24 hour response time).

Can I use my own servers?

• Unfortunately with OdysseyCam 4.0  you cannot. We are developing a flash based standalone system that you may do so, due out in Late 2006. We host the website for you giving you the best in 24/7 Live technical help. Our prices for hosting are far less than if you were to host this yourself. We use 3 super fast servers on the NAC Backbone datacenter in New Jersey.

Are updates available for my system?

• Updates are available for the first year free of charge, after the first year you may purchase the update package.  We are constantly improving and adding new features to the OdysseyCam package  New Feature Updates.

Can I edit my website myself?

• We provide this as a free service for you. See minor changes.

Can I see a Demo?

• Of course. We have designed the first ever Live Interactive demo. You can actually download all the software, use the Domain admin interface, signup a model, a customer, just like if you owned the website.  You get to see see how all works with detailed instructions before you purchase.

Does OdysseyCam have synchronized video and audio?

• Yes, with only a half second delay. With one way audio in Free Chat and VIP (Nude Chat) & 2-way Bi-Directional audio in Private chat just like your telephone.

I want to have my own webmasters affiliate site is this possible?

• Yes, we seamlessly integrate a custom designed affiliate website with your affiliate program in place, with linking abilities, webmaster resources; we even build the custom Gif banners for you.

Can I add a second or a different credit card processor?

• Yes, but not all credit card processors are compatible for pay-per-minute billing systems with post back information, required for your OdysseyCam live website billing. Once I purchase a live webcam or Video site is there anything else I need?

• We are the home of the “One Stop Shop” where we provide everything you need to start making money immediately.

Do you take a Percentage of money from my live website?

• No, you get 100% of all the money that is made from your website.  Your payments are sent to you directly from Verotel.com.  Only payments you have is your monthly Hosting fees and any add-ons you may want , that’s it.

I cannot pay all at once do you have financing available?

• One of our sales representatives can discuss many options with you.  Contact a sales representative today to discuss the possibilities! Financing.

 How do I purchase OdysseyCam Products and Services?

• We accept Wire Transfer , Epassporte and Western Union Transfers.   If using Western Union transfer, fees will vary.  Click Here to Purchase OdysseyCam Products and or services. 

Can I ever sell my site?

• Sure you can, if you decide to sell you site for any reason that is fine. Once you have paid off your website (if financed) you are allowed to sell this. There is a 15% of the original purchase price for administrative fee for setting up the new applicant. When you sell your website you will be required to pay this before the new owner will become activated.
